Cakes & Tortes
All of the cakes and European-style tortes at CocoLuxe are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients. We use real cream, whole eggs, and butter in all of our cakes, cookies and pastries. We have a standard variety of cakes on our menu with additional items available during the holiday seasons.
Our cake options and flavors change seasonally. Customer favorites include cakes such as our Old Fashioned Chocolate Layer Cake, Hazelnut Torte, Lemon Raspberry Cake, Vanilla Bean Cake, Opera Torte and our famously popular Carrot Cake made with oodles of carrots, cinnamon, walnuts and cream cheese frosting!

CocoLuxe Classic ~ Vanilla buttermilk cake, chocolate mousse filling and your choice of vanilla or chocolate buttercream or dark chocolate frosting
Old-Fashioned Chocolate ~ Four layers of dark chocolate cake layered with a rich, dark chocolate frosting
Flourless Chocolate ~ Dense chocolate cake made with butter, eggs, and chocolate. Glazed with chocolate ganache
Lemon Raspberry ~ Three layers of lemon buttermilk cake brushed with a raspberry liqueur syrup filled with a thin layer of seedless raspberry jam and classic lemon curd. Finished with raspberry buttercream
Tiramisu Inspired Cake ~ Three layers of vanilla sponge cake brushed with espresso/coffee liqueur syrup. Each layer has a thin layer of chocolate ganache and mascarpone filling. Finished with vanilla buttercream and garnished with chocolate shavings
Vanilla Bean ~ Vanilla genoise cake filled with vanilla bean mousse and finished with vanilla bean buttercream

Fillings
Our fillings are all made with the finest chocolates, cream, butter and eggs resulting in flavors and textures that will delight and awaken your palate! We never use substitutes, shortenings or preservatives.
Some of our popular frostings and fillings include delicate and creamy vanilla pastry cream, rich, dark chocolate frosting, fluffy Italian meringue and buttercreams of all flavors!
