CAKES:

  • DEVIL'S FOOD - Moist, flavorful chocolate cake made with dark cocoa.

  • RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE - Moist, tender dark chocolate cake. This cake is also used for our Chocolate Espresso Cake.

  • LEMON OR VANILLA BUTTERMILK - Heavier than a sponge cake, this cake is very moist and is scented with either lemon zest or pure vanilla.

  • CARROT CAKE* - Moist cake full of fresh carrots and walnuts and spiked with cinnamon.

  • SPONGE CAKES - Sponge cakes are very light in texture. They are soaked with a flavored syrup complementary to the flavor of the cake.** For example, for a “Tiramisu” cake, you would have vanilla sponge with espresso syrup, filled with mascaropone filling and finished with vanilla buttercream.
