Palmier with LogoAt CocoLuxe, we make all of our cakes and breakfast pastries from scratch. This means that we spend hours and hours laboring over one batch of delicate, flaky croissants or our rich Danish dough.  One taste of our Spinach Gruyere croissant or our Kouign Amann (pronounced Queen Ah-mahn), and you'll appreciate the difference.

We offer muffins, Danish, croissant flavors such as Chocolate, Ham and Swiss, Almond, Spinach Gruyere, Raspberry/Almond pastries known as Dartois, Scones (both sweet and savory), and focaccia.  And we are always adding something new to the selection!  See our seasonal menu for complete offerings.

Croissants are made up of layers and layers of butter and dough.  It takes hours to produce a true croissant. They should be flaky, light and baked to a dark perfection.  Too light, and the inside will be doughy.  Too dark, and they will have an off taste.  It takes a special skill to create the perfect one.  Our bakers take pride in creating what we think is the most delicious, buttery version that you can find for miles around!

Other laminated doughs that we make at CocoLuxe are Danish Dough, Puff Pastry and Kouing Aman. They are all flaky pillows of dough that take hours to create perfectly.  Some are filled with apples, some with raspberry and almond, and others made into cookies such as palmier.  What they have in common is that they are all made here at CocoLuxe by our bakers and pastry chefs with the same care and dedication as all of our products for your pleasure!  We would have it no other way!

In addition to the classics, you'll find inspired pastries like our Breakfast Pizza, which is semolina dough topped with Asiago Cheese, Roasted Tomatoes and Hard Boiled Eggs.  Or the "Egg Basket" which is a flaky "cup" baked with Egg, Avocado, Manchego Cheese and Roasted Poblano Pepper.  Whatever it might be, it's sure to awaken your senses and please your palate!
